This thermo barrier is a highly valuable yet economical temperature maintenance tool for caterers. Used to separate hot and cold food held within the same compartment. Minimises empty space and food temperature loss within a partially loaded compartment. Can also be used to separate full and empty food pans held in the same compartment.
